Refund Policy
We want you to feel good about your purchase. If Course Correct isn't the right fit, you can get your money back.
The short version
14 days. No questions asked. Email support@coursecorrect.app from the address you bought with, and we'll refund you.
What's covered
- $9 single-certification: full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- $29 lifetime: full refund within 14 days of purchase.
How to request a refund
- Email support@coursecorrect.app from the address associated with your account.
- Include the date of purchase. You don't need to explain why — that's what "no questions asked" means.
- We'll process the refund through Stripe. It typically lands back on your card in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
Once your refund is processed, your paid access is revoked. Your account stays — you can still sign in — but paid content is locked again.
After the 14 days
After 14 days, we can't offer automatic refunds. If something has gone wrong — a billing error, a technical issue, content you believe is inaccurate — email us anyway. We'd rather hear about it.
Fair use
This policy is deliberately simple and trusting. We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of evident abuse (for example, repeated buy-and-refund cycles from the same person).
