Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Course Correct (the "Service"), operated by an individual (the "Operator") doing business as Course Correct. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Course Correct provides online practice materials for the NVIDIA-Certified Associate — Agentic AI (NCP-AAI) certification exam, including practice questions, timed mock exams, and analytics. The Service is a study aid. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NVIDIA Corporation. NCP-AAI is a trademark of its respective owner.

2. Accounts

You sign in with an email address via a magic-link process operated by Supabase. You are responsible for maintaining control of the email account associated with your purchase. One account per person; please do not share access.

3. Purchases and access

All purchases are one-time payments. Nothing on Course Correct auto-renews or subscribes you to recurring charges.

• Single-certification ($9): grants access to the selected certification for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
• Lifetime ($29): grants access to the selected certification and any additional certifications added to the Service in the future, for the lifetime of the Service.

"Lifetime" means the expected operating life of the Service. We will give reasonable notice if the Service is discontinued.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing location.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. See the Refund Policy for how to request one.

6. Acceptable use

You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, resell, or train models on our question content. You may not share your account or attempt to bypass access controls. Automated access is prohibited without written permission.

7. Content accuracy

We work hard to keep practice content aligned with the official blueprint. No study tool can guarantee that you pass an exam. The Service is provided for educational purposes; any pass/fail outcome depends on many factors outside our control.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or abuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be announced on this page.
